Ham, Beans, and Potatoes


Ingredients:
 5 lbs. Garrett Valley Uncured Ham
5 cups string beans, fresh or frozen
5 med. potatoes, peeled and halved
2 cups water

Instructions:
 Heat ham and water in large sauces pan on low heat for 30 minutes. Then add beans and potatoes. Bring to a boil, then turn down to low-medium heat. Heat until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
